Please join us to hear Dr. Pat McCarville, UNMC College of Medicine Alum and Family Physician from Valley Nebraska, present “Patient Centered Medical Home….What is that?” Dr. McCarville will introduce you to the concepts of The Patient Centered Medical Home. He will discuss how his clinic transformed as well as the importance of the entire team when providing effective care.

Dr. McCarville has practiced family medicine for 21 years. He sees patients in the hospital, his clinic, nursing homes and still conducts home visits. His practice is a nationally certified Patient Centered Medical Home.
