MMI Disability Support and Resources

Do you know what’s available for parents or caregivers that have children with developmental disabilities or
chronic healthcare conditions? Do you wish there was someone who would understood the challenges? During this session, Kim Falk, LEND Family Trainee and Sarah Swanson, MMI Family Support and Community Outreach Specialist (both parents of children with disabilities) will provide an overview of services offered at the Munroe-Meyer Institute and other community resources that are available to parents and caregivers who have children with development disabilities.
